Otommo presents Raw Sessions at Angels&Kings
June 2nd. 2009

One friday a month we'll have the pleasure of being in Angels&Kings, the most chick club in Barcelona. With sessions brought by the artists of our roster and exceptional guests, Otommo will drive the nights of this comming summer season with the most deep sounds.

Just a few minutes walking from the beach, and by the way with a free entrance, jump in the elevator of the ME Hotel and get to the 6th floor, where you'll find and exclusive, selected and limited ambient. We'llbe expecting you starting this July 10th. Don't miss it!		  



 

Replacement Source in Organica Music Labworks

Organica has the pleasure of presenting its third release named "Replacement Source", an EP including four tracks of DeepTechno with a Detroit soul, a superproduction in which no detail has been left unattended.

Composed by a new talent who came into the scene after his recent debut in the prestigious Echoplex's 'Soleil Records', who now delivers this masterpiece. Don't forget the name of Akin Khan, it'll give something to talk about.		  
New single by Pelacha

Inout Records presents Pelacha's debut record for the label. "Nueva Serie" is the new single by this experienced dj from Madrid who delivers a well elaborated, dancefloor oriented, original techno track.

The record also counts with a track composed along with the producer known as Vasco Inspirian.

With them, Gideon, producer and owner of Lessismore and Javier Orduña, member of Retronouveau, will be the responsible of remixing one of the original tracks. Out on June 23rd.		  
 
Splendid Lo-Fi, new record label
June 2nd. 2009

A new record label that will harbour the best house in the electronic scene is presented from Barcelona. Splendid LoFi opens its catalog by the hand of one of the artists of Otommo's exclusive roster.

Marc Steinwiese unveils this new label that will see the light this September and to complete this first release we will count with the collaboration of Aruba, producer and owner of Elevation Recordings. More information soon on this section.		  
 
Otommo will give new workshops at NIU Espai Artístic Contemporani

Beginning this October, Otommo will present new workshops at Niu that will include:
- Music production with the collaboration of Ableton Live
- Hip Hop dance workshop
- Digital photography and retouch.

We are pleased to inform you that finally Otommo has signed for one of the most important venues during the Sònar '09 in Barcelona. Nitsa Club @ Sala Apolo will be Vèrsus once again, and it begins with our special venue.

Robert Hood, James Ruskin and Detroit Grand Pubahs are the confirmed artists at the moment, but we'll have two more. We'll let you know!

Thump has previously opened the doors to international artists like Russ Gabriel (Ferox), The Youngsters (F Communications) and Taho (Delsin) and now is the time for Brendom Moeller aka Beat Pharmacy (Deep Space) to join the remixers roster of this very promising but underground label.

Iris is talent in pure state, her artistic interests and her good taste in electronic music is indisputable. Versatil and eclectic, she writes, produces and sings each and every one of her songs in the most strict meticulous way.

During the last few months, besides costarring a movie, composing music for television and shooting several video clips, she has been submerged in the creation of her first long play, an extraordinary retrospective work that explores into the deepest of this young artist from Barcelona, a work in which she gives the best of herself in order to create a unique piece at the highest level.

A long play that will see the light on June as a special edition by Organica Music Labworks and that we strongly believe will be one of the essential records for those who really love quality sang electronic.

When it comes to techno, one of the spanish djs and producers with the greatest trajectory is without a doubt Esperanza Camacho, better known as Pelacha, resident and director of the ONE Club nights every thursday for the last 8 years in our capital city.

Recently signed up with Gideon's label 'Lessismore' in which she has edited her first vinyl single called 'GiveMoreGetMore' including remixes by MBC and Gideon himself.

A debut that, without doubt, puts Pelacha among the most prominent artists of the moment.
